We provide a global sales force, partnerships & technology with unique expertise to minimize the surprises publishers face in cross geography and help Brands and Agencies in Reaching Niche Multicultural Audiences. What you will do: •Publisher Development and Alliances: Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with digital publishers. •Account Management: Help manage and maintain publisher accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services. •Support Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the marketing department to contribute ideas and strategies for growth. •Cultivate Inbound Leads: Work on identifying and nurturing potential leads to bring in new publisher partnerships. •Monetization Strategy: Assist in coordinating with publishers on their monetization strategies, including ad placements and content planning.Requirements •Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. •Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn about the digital advertising and monetization landscape. •Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas. •Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with basic concepts of digital marketing and advertising is a plus. •Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel as needed for business engagements. •Tech -Savvy: Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms related to digital advertising. •Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Benefits •No dress codes •Flexible working hours •5 days working •24 Annual Leaves •International Presence •Celebrations •Team outings
