About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager and North America Payroll Specialist to oversee, optimise, and expand our HR systems ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, process-oriented, and passionate about driving efficiency through HR technology.
You will be responsible for managing HR systems, including UKG Pro, Kronos, LMS platforms, and third-party integrations, while providing expert support to HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical skills, system administration capability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
UKG System Maintenance:
Maintain data integrity across HRIS systems, perform UKG Pro data audits, manage employee files, oversee Kronos time management, maintain Udemy access, and support third-party integrations. Administer system security, including roles and user access.
Implement System Enhancements & Modules:
Lead implementation of new UKG modules (LMS, performance, succession, coaching & development). Configure platform fields, business rules, workflows, and organisational structures. Support system changes related to M&A and divestitures.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and schedule reports from Cognos & BI; run ad-hoc reports as needed. Manage reporting and notifications across multiple platforms, including UKG LMS, Udemy, and time management systems. Configure alerts, dashboards, and event-based notifications.
Act as a Liaison:
Serve as the system point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, including UKG and Udemy. Own vendor relationships and coordinate integrations with benefits providers and other partners. Troubleshoot issues, manage service requests, and oversee system-related escalations.
North America Payroll Support:
Run weekly and semi-monthly payroll for North American entities using UKG. Collaborate with internal teams to validate inputs, administer processes, and ensure timely payroll. Maintain tax structures, earnings, and deductions setup.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably with UKG Pro and Kronos.
- Excellent understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and system workflows.
- Hands-on experience with HR data management, configuration, analytics, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Cognos, BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LMS administration (UKG LMS, Udemy, or others).
- Experience supporting M&A systems transitions (organisation structure setup, integrations, workflow changes).
- Prior experience administering North American payroll in UKG.
- Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus.
