Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. This role is essential for driving business growth through strategic client management, effective communication, and collaborative team leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationships, email correspondence, internal team management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Build long-lasting partnerships through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery
  • Present solutions and proposals to clients based on their specific business needs

Email Communication & Correspondence

  • Manage email communications with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Draft professional correspondence including proposals, follow-up messages, and project updates
  • Maintain organized email systems to ensure timely responses and proper documentation
  • Coordinate email campaigns and outreach initiatives to support business development efforts
  • Handle administrative correspondence and documentation requirements

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor internal team members to achieve business development objectives
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, strategies, and performance metrics
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on client management best practices
  • Coordinate team activities and ensure efficient workflow management
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Participate in internal planning sessions and strategic initiatives
  • Support the development of business strategies through team input and market insights
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders and departments

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and business metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions when required
