We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative support to the HR or office management team as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi if applicable).
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Prior experience in a front-office or customer service role is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
