Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SBU Specialist - Endpoint Solutions at COMPASS IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing, communicating, consulting, providing customer service, and sales support for endpoint solutions within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in IT infrastructure solutions or services
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure or sales is a plus
