Hospital Administration Trainer

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Rs. 15, ,000 per month

About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, confident, and passionate Hospital Administration Trainer who truly enjoys teaching and interacting with students. If you love sharing your knowledge, simplifying healthcare concepts, and creating an energetic learning environment, we would love to meet you
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured and interactive sessions on hospital administration, healthcare operations, patient service processes, and hospital workflow systems.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials that are easy for students to understand.
- Use real scenarios, examples, and discussions to make sessions more engaging.
- Keep the curriculum updated as per industry practice and guide and support students in building industry-relevant skills and knowledge.
- Assess student performance and provide professional, constructive feedback.
- Maintain class records, attendance, and progress reports in an organized manner.
- Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare administration, patient management systems, and healthcare quality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to handle and engage a group confidently.
- Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)
- MBA (preferably with Healthcare / Hospital Management specialization)
- Diploma in Hospital Administration
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in hospital or healthcare administration (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience (Preferred)
