About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured and interactive sessions on hospital administration, healthcare operations, patient service processes, and hospital workflow systems.
  • Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials that are easy for students to understand.
  • Use real scenarios, examples, and discussions to make sessions more engaging.
  • Keep the curriculum updated as per industry practice and guide and support students in building industry-relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Assess student performance and provide professional, constructive feedback.
  • Maintain class records, attendance, and progress reports in an organized manner.
  • Foster a positive and professional learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare administration, patient management systems, and healthcare quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to handle and engage a group confidently.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)
  • MBA (preferably with Healthcare / Hospital Management specialization)
  • Diploma in Hospital Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of industry experience in hospital or healthcare administration (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience (Preferred)
