Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill recruitment needs across various departments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating applications, and facilitating onboarding processes. The recruiter will contribute to building a diverse and skilled team by employing innovative strategies for talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Advertisement Sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships to support talent acquisition activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior recruitment experience in the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
