About the Role

This role focuses on Inside Sales for the Indian IT market. Youll manage lead generation, client relationships, and the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify clients across India

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers

Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions

Recommend suitable IT services based on client needs

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and support deal closure

Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project execution

Track market trends and competitor activity in India

Maintain CRM data and share periodic sales reports

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

46 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience in IT services

Good understanding of the Indian IT landscape

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage a steady pipeline and meet sales targets

Experience working with CRM platforms

Language proficiency

Hindi, English, and Kannada
