Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Nashik. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring financial compliance. Key day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, managing accounts payable and receivable, and developing financial strategies. The Finance Manager will also work closely with other departments to optimize financial performance and support the resort's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is an advantage
