Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product promotion through various channels (e.g., PMT).
  • Provide training delivery on products to internal stakeholders (sales force) for improved performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI tracking for campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with a focus on product management or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Biology (B.Sc.), or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, including product positioning and messaging development.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce CRM software for data analysis.
