Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing the manufacturing of FRP equipment, chemical process equipment, and custom-designed extraction systems. The candidate will ensure efficient production planning, adherence to quality & safety standards, and continuous improvement in processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day production activities of FRP and chemical equipment manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and company quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Design, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization to meet project deadlines.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce costs, optimize material usage, and enhance productivity.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed production reports, documentation, and records.
  • Train and guide shop-floor staff on standard operating procedures and safe work practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
  • Support new product trials, equipment testing, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FRP equipment manufacturing / chemical equipment / fabrication industry (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
  • Knowledge of FRP fabrication, resin systems, molding techniques, and chemical process equipment is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD/solid modeling software and production planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills for coordination across departments.
