Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Marketing a. Set targets and create a road map to achieve the targets within one month of joining b. Define delegation of authority of HODs and key employees c. Restructure the sales team and its organisation structure d. Create strong marketing collaterals e. Ensure sales staff are fully trained and equipped to achieve the targets f. Implement an effective monitoring mechanism to oversee the activities of sales staff .

  2. Operations a. Completely manage the execution of all orders till billing and full collection of all recoveries like invoices, security deposits, EMD etc. b. Execute the projects below the estimated costs and within the timelines c. Ensure zero liquidated damages d. Ensure the overall estimated project profitability is achieved e. Validate the timeline and key costs for high-value offers f. Be a strong bridge between various departments within organisation and ensure a smooth flow of information between teams and timely execution of all projects g. Study the current system of execution and improve them h. Constitute a forum to discuss the status of key projects, identify bottlenecks and take necessary action 3. Research and Development a. Responsible for leading R&D initiatives .

  3. Research and Development a. Responsible for leading R&D initiatives of the company through new product development and re-designing existing products. b. Identify and develop new products (2 to 4 per year) in consultation with the management. c. Re-designing existing products to reduce cost/improve efficiency. d. Hold a thorough knowledge and understanding of similar products, including all competitors- products, from the standpoint of cost, efficiency, market potential and market price.
