We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our in-house Digital Marketing team at Holostik India Limited. The ideal candidate must come from a digital marketing agency background and possess a strong grasp of B2B SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.

This role demands a highly analytical mindset, the ability to collaborate with internal content and development teams, and the expertise to integrate SEO efforts with our marketing automation ecosystem.

Familiarity with CRM tools and their lead-scoring systems is a bonus, as we use Salesforce Pardot for managing our lead funnel.

Job Title

SEO Specialist / Expert / Manager (depending on previous experience and seniority band policies at Holostik)

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

  • Conduct detailed keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner
  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, H1-H6 tags, image alt attributes, and overall page structure
  • Develop and implement keyword-based content strategies aligned with B2B buyer journeys
  • Ensure proper URL structures, internal linking, and breadcrumb setup
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align landing page content with SEO objectives
  • Use data-driven insights from CRM systems and Pardot (where applicable) to refine keyword targeting and user intent alignment

Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and execute comprehensive link-building strategies including guest posting, broken link building, and PR outreach
  • Perform backlink audits and disavow toxic links using tools like Ahrefs and Google Disavow Tool
  • Analyze competitor backlink profiles and pursue relevant link acquisition opportunities
  • Manage and optimize citations, business listings, and brand mentions for improved domain authority
  • Track unlinked brand mentions and convert them into backlinks

Technical SEO

  • Conduct full-scale technical audits using Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Sitebulb
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall site speed performance
  • Manage , XML sitemaps, canonical tags, pagination, and crawl directives
  • Resolve indexation issues using Google Search Console and structured error reporting
  • Implement structured data/schema markup using JSON-LD (Product, FAQ, Breadcrumb, etc.)
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for SEO-related tags, event tracking, and integrations
  • Coordinate with developers to resolve issues related to JavaScript rendering, lazy loading, and SPA compatibility
  • Monitor server logs and crawl budget to enhance crawl efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating B2B SEO performance improvements
  • Valid and up-to-date SEO certifications (Google, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor) and basic HTML/CSS
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking KPIs and building performance dashboards

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience working with any CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of lead scoring models and how organic traffic contributes to qualified leads
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • Experience with reporting tools like Google Looker Studio
  • Awareness of YouTube SEO and local SEO best practices
