**Position Overview: SEO Expert**

**Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic.
- Monitor analytics and search engine performance to track and improve rankings.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Paid Advertising (Supportive Role)**:

- Assist with creating and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and suggest actionable insights.

**Online Reputation Management (ORM)**:

- Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms.
- Respond to customer feedback constructively and promptly.
- Implement strategies to mitigate the impact of negative reviews and build a strong online reputation.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports showcasing website performance, keyword rankings, and actionable insights.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to analyze data and improve performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an **SEO Expert** or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and best practices.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and familiarity with paid marketing strategies.
- Experience with B2C digital marketing and website optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
