As an SEO Expert at StayBook, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking on search engines. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify key opportunities and develop strategies to drive organic traffic to our website.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for our target audience.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our website's ranking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics.
- Identify and implement SEO best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with SEO goals.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Develop and implement the link-building strategy.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO
- Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and the behavior of search engines
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
