Business Head – Advertising / Media Tech Platform

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka – 560001

Experience: 8–15 years

Compensation: Up to ₹20 Lakhs per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to lead operations, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our advertising and media technology business. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, strategic thinking, and proven leadership in scaling advertising or media tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own P&L and drive business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Lead sales, client servicing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and technology partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Manage ticket sizes ranging from ₹10–₹50 lakhs, depending on client portfolio and deal structure.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in advertising agencies, media companies, or ad-tech platforms.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and business leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and advertising operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
