  • Overseeing the daily operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and merchandising.
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures.
  • Managing budgets and expenses.
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote accessories.
  • Managing social media and online presence.
  • Participating in trade shows and industry events.
  • Other:
  • Vendor management and relationship building.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases.
  • Training and development of sales staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
