Designation : Senior Business Operation Manager.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of Hustle Hub. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, enhance member satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the coworking space.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including front desk, facility management, membership services, and events.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows to improve productivity and member experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with business growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyse operational metrics, generating reports to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the workspace.
- Drive initiatives to improve member engagement and retention through superior service delivery.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation related to operations.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the member experience.
- Handle client escalations professionally and promptly, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining strong member relationships.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and member concerns proactively.
- Manage rental collection processes, ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue accounts with tact and persistence.
- Check and manage the collection of refunds, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in line with company policies.
- Prepare, analyse, and present operational reports using Advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and macros.
- Demonstrate sound understanding and practical application of Profit & Loss (P&L) management to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in operations management, preferably within coworking spaces, hospitality, or facility management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operational projects.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, rental collections, refunds, and P&L.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client escalations and problem solve effectively under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM, facility management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences and fostering community.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
