Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites tailored to client needs.
  • Build robust web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing websites and applications for performance and security.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and services to enhance functionality and user engagement.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP, WordPress, and Laravel development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with database systems such as MySQL or MariaDB.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
