About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Database Manager to oversee our patient, prospect, and marketing databases in the dental industry.

The ideal candidate will leverage Odoo CRM to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support effective patient engagement, marketing campaigns, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Odoo CRM system, ensuring accurate records of customers, leads, and prospects.
  • Update and maintain customer and prospect databases, including contact information, treatment history, and communication logs.
  • Segment data for targeted marketing campaigns, appointment reminders, promotions, and retention activities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor engagement, lead conversion, and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan, track, and measure campaign ROI.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality, in full compliance with healthcare data protection standards.
  • Conduct regular database audits to remove duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and enhance data quality.
  • Train staff on Odoo CRM usage, best practices, and efficient workflows.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities in customer management and marketing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems (preferably Odoo CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of database management, segmentation, and data hygiene.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clinical and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign automation tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient data with discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Background in marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is a plus.
