**CRM Executive**

**Location**: Calicut (preferred)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Work Mode**: 3 days office, 3 days work from home
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year
**Qualification**: Graduation (B.Tech preferred)
**Office Days**: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM System Management**:

- Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring data is accurately captured and maintained.
- Regularly update customer information and ensure CRM data is aligned with company objectives.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Generate reports based on CRM insights to inform business decisions and strategies.
- **Data-Driven Solutions**:

- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance customer relationships and service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create strategies that improve customer satisfaction.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with different teams (marketing, sales, and support) to align CRM strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Provide input on process improvements and the development of customer-centric solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in a CRM or data analysis role, preferably within a customer service or marketing environment.
- **Qualification**: Graduation (B.Tech preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (ability to analyze and present data).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
