Senior Graphic Designer
who can lead our design function, bring fresh ideas to the table, and translate brand visions into impactful visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative design process for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
- Conceptualize and create engaging designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives.
- Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards to keep the creative output fresh and modern.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
