DAZN is seeking multi-disciplinary, highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join the newly formed DAZN Creative India team.

As one of the most disruptive forces in sports broadcasting in decades, DAZN thrives on bold ideas, world-class execution, and strong team spirit and our creative output reflects that. As a Senior Graphic Designer in DAZN Creative India, you'll be instrumental in driving this vision forward.

The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver with a proven track record in broadcast and/or agency creative. You'll bring experience in delivering standout marketing and brand design work, ideally at a global level. A broad generalist with strengths in brand building, storytelling, design and style frame creation, typography, and image-making, you'll also demonstrate a natural ability to lead and inspire. Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

DAZN Creative is our in-house team, responsible for transforming communications and marketing briefs into innovative, visually striking, and performance-driven creative. Working alongside a diverse mix of Creatives, Designers, and Production specialists, you'll play a key role in delivering campaigns that power DAZN's growth worldwide.

• Create effective, visually compelling digital designs for 360° promotional and advertising campaigns across video, web, email marketing, corporate communications, and more.
• Interpret creative briefs with precision, delivering high-quality assets that meet technical specifications and platform requirements — including adapting master visuals (e.g., 16:9) into multiple formats.
• Develop original, eye-catching visual concepts from scratch for the DAZN platform, social media channels, and other digital environments.
• Line-manage and mentor junior graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow and deliver their best work.
• Collaborate with creative peers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency.
• Uphold the DAZN brand identity by adhering to established brand guidelines across all creative output.
• Ensure all work is editorially accurate, technically compliant, and delivered to the highest standard under tight deadlines.
• Stay immersed in digital media trends, with strong awareness of evolving design practices, social content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
• Demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A BFA/BDes in Graphic Design or a related visual arts discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or brand-building environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing recent work that demonstrates conceptual thinking, creative design, art direction, and typographic excellence (please include a link in your CV).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a solid understanding of core design principles including typography, layout, and composition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a refined visual eye.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• A passion for visual storytelling and deep engagement with the creative industry and digital culture.

Not Essential, But Great If You Also Have:

• Experience in localization and adapting creative for global markets.
• Exposure to designing for sports content, live events, or entertainment platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging tools and workflows, including AI in design.
