Senior Social Media Creative Designer
to lead creative execution and bring fresh, impactful ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of
    social media creatives
    (posts, stories, reels, banners, campaign visuals).
  • Develop
    digital ad creatives
    optimized for performance across platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing/content team to translate campaign briefs into
    visually compelling designs
    .
  • Create
    motion graphics / video assets
    to enhance engagement (preferred).
  • Maintain and evolve
    brand identity and creative guidelines
    .
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure
    design quality, innovation, and consistency
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Creative Designer (social media / digital marketing focus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    campaigns, digital ads, motion graphics, and social media content
    .
  • Expertise in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    social media trends, formats, and design strategies
    .
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage
    multiple projects under tight timelines
    .
  • Leadership qualities with a passion for
    mentoring and guiding a creative team
    .
