As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the driving force behind all things visual. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring consistency, creativity, and innovation across all our institutions' communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall creative and design direction for the Vignana Jyothi Group.
- Build and manage a high-performing in-house design team.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Heads across institutions to translate vision into compelling visuals.
- Deliver impactful design solutions for branding, campaigns, print collaterals, social media, events, website assets, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh creative approaches.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery with top-notch quality.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Guide junior designers and interns through reviews, mentorship, and feedback.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and creative direction.
- Proven ability to manage and scale design teams.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and user experience.
- Experience working on diverse design projects – both digital and print.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in the education sector or with institutional branding.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Familiarity with UI/UX workflows.
