We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur, responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and compliant investment solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide financial product expertise to clients, helping them achieve their investment goals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the banking, financial services, and broking industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in wealth management, portfolio management, and relationship management.
  • Experience in acquiring new customers through cross-referral and networking.
  • A graduate degree is required for this position.
