Role Description

The Job Title will primarily focus on executing day-to-day operations, contributing to solar project development, and ensuring high-quality output in their area of expertise. They will engage in project planning, coordination, and implementation processes, alongside collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Proficiency in engineering design, including power quality assessment and technical planning.
  • Experience in solar energy project implementation, particularly with commercial and industrial solar systems.
  • Proven capabilities in problem-solving and managing challenges in installation and project management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial structuring and budget management in renewable energy projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
