Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/field-work role based in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to drive sales, and contributing to the overall business growth of the company. Additionally, handling client accounts and effectively communicating to align customer needs with Daxton's innovative IT solutions will be key responsibilities. The role requires strong focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of IT Services domain, websites, web applications, software, and online/digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients for
    Digital Marketing, Website, and Software Development
    and other IT related services.
  • Visit potential clients across Pune for meetings, demos, and proposal discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project scoping & quotations.
  • Generate leads & convert through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in
    B2B Sales / IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales
    .
  • Excellent communication presentation,
    interpersonal
    and negotiation skills
    to build and maintain client relationships
    .
  • Fluency in Marathi & Hindi. Good English is preferred
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork across Pune.
  • Should have their own bike and permanent driving license
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and tech-savvy.
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong background in Business and Account Management, if experienced
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the IT services domain or similar industries is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary:
    ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Incentives:
    Attractive commission on each closed deal
