Job Summary
As a Reconciliation Analyst within the Operations Team, you ensure accurate and timely completion of reconciliation tasks. You support the team leader in maintaining high operational standards and drive process improvements. You play a key role in documenting procedures, resolving exceptions, and fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective reconciliation by understanding products
- Adhere to operational procedures for accuracy and timeliness
- Support team and team leader in delivering quality operations
- Document procedures and identify control requirements
- Complete daily checklists and reporting
- Collaborate to resolve exceptions actively
- Prepare case notes and share learnings with team
- Seek opportunities to improve process efficiency
- Perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Act as back-up for team leader when needed
- Communicate process updates and escalate concerns promptly
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree
