Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and confident female telecallers to handle client calls, explain our real estate and spiritual township projects (Sri Vedic Township, The Vedic Club, Gita University), and maintain good follow-up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from company database.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and maintain professional communication.
  • Update customer details and call status in Excel or CRM.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for interested clients.
  • Follow up regularly and ensure conversion of leads.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with daily call reports.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Friendly and convincing tone on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / email).
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.

Education:

Intermediate / Any Degree

Salary:

₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

  • Incentives on confirmed bookings or lead conversions.

Work Timings:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
