Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Mekavanmpally, Sadashivpet
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized Front Office Receptionist to handle front desk operations at our Mekavanmpally, Sadashivpet location. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing calls, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining smooth daily front-office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical support
- Maintain basic front office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English and local language
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6 days working (Sunday or rotational weekly off)
