Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Tinting Operator to join our team in Chennai or Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in color mixing, tinting equipment operation, and adhering to safety procedures, contributing to our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Mandatory experience in colour mixing is required for effective performance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in color matching to ensure accurate and consistent output.
  • Understanding of safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tinting equipment operation for efficient workflow.
  • Attention to detail in mixing and matching to meet quality standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain records diligently.
  • Adaptability to learn new techniques and use updated equipment or software.
