Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Tinting Operator to join our team in Chennai or Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in color mixing, tinting equipment operation, and adhering to safety procedures, contributing to our high standards of quality and efficiency. Qualifications and Skills Mandatory experience in colour mixing is required for effective performance. (Mandatory skill) Proficiency in color matching to ensure accurate and consistent output. Understanding of safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Hands-on experience with tinting equipment operation for efficient workflow. Attention to detail in mixing and matching to meet quality standards. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain records diligently. Adaptability to learn new techniques and use updated equipment or software. Roles and Responsibilities Mix and match colors accurately according to client specifications and industry standards. Operate and maintain tinting equipment to ensure uninterrupted production flow. Adhere to all safety protocols while performing duties to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Maintain comprehensive records of tinting operations and materials used. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding production status. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance efficiency.
