Role & responsibilities
- We are looking for an Account Director who thrives on solving real business challenges and creating meaningful impact for customers. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Betaknots growth journey, leading the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals while working closely with the founders.
- As part of a fast-moving, close-knit team, you will have the freedom to experiment, the ownership to execute, and the opportunity to shape how enterprises experience Betaknot. Your approach will be deeply consultative, storytelling-driven, and outcome-focused, helping clients unlock the full potential of data.
How YOU will Create Impact
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and crafting tailored pitches to demos, negotiations, and closing enterprise deals.
- Engage deeply with customer challenges, uncovering pain points and positioning Betaknots AnalyticsOS as a value-driven solution.
- Research and map target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and drive multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Lead consultative workshops and presentations, showcasing real-world use cases across supply chain, demand forecasting, and financial planning.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to shape demos, build proof-of-concept solutions, and influence the product roadmap with on-ground insights.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, track pipeline progress, and provide actionable market feedback to refine our GTM approach.

Preferred candidate profile
- What YOU Bring to the Table
- Have 25 years of experience in B2B & SaaS sales, preferably selling to enterprise.
- Take a consultative, curious approach, you love understanding customer problems and shaping solutions that create real business impact.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment, where ownership, creativity, and initiative matter more than titles.
- Bring exposure to industries like CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing, and can connect business challenges to data-driven outcomes.
- Are articulate, confident, and analytical, capable of translating complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives.
- Addon- Experience selling analytics, supply chain, or financial planning solutions.
