Deputy Manager - Director's Office
Strategic & Operational Support- Partner with the Director to track and drive strategic initiatives across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and commercial functions.
- Prepare business reviews, performance dashboards, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Director in evaluating new technologies, OEMs, and equipment proposals, including site visit coordination and post-visit analysis.
- Analyze technical specifications, production KPIs, and vendor capabilities to support capital investment decisions.
- Liaise with equipment manufacturers, service partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Review and summarize technical documents, including machine layouts, extrusion line capabilities, and coiling/packaging solutions.
- Facilitate communication between departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement) to ensure timely execution of action items.
- Track progress on strategic projects such as EBeam implementation, tandem extrusion upgrades, and digitization initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR and Learning teams to support knowledge center development and training programs for vendors and partners.
- Maintain documentation and records for audits, compliance checks, and internal governance.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive business information and strategic plans.
- Monitor action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Draft internal communications, meeting minutes, and executive summaries for the Director's review.
- MBA or PGDM in Operations, Strategy, or General Management is desirable.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, or business strategy roles.
- Prior exposure to capital equipment domain is preferred.
- Experience supporting CXO/Director-level roles or working in cross-functional leadership teams is an advantage.
