
HR & Admin Executive

We're a growing startup looking for an energetic and organized HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day operations, employee coordination, payroll, basic accounts, and system management. You'll play a key role in keeping our team, processes, and systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities1. HR & Employee Management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Maintain HR documents and ensure policies are followed.
- Manage leave tracking and employee communication.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, reviews, and engagement activities.
2. Payroll & Accounts Coordination
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and coordinate with accounts for payments.
- Maintain attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Track expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash.
- Support basic accounting entries and documentation.
3. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee office operations — supplies, logistics, vendor coordination.
- Maintain office assets and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Manage documentation, invoices, and records for audits or compliance.
4. System & Data Management
- Manage HR and attendance systems or Google Workspace accounts.
- Ensure secure handling of employee and company data.
- Coordinate with IT or vendors for minor tech issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or Business Administration.
- 1+ year experience in HR, payroll, or office administration (startup experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
