About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across SpeEdLabs. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and final selection.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen candidates over telephonic and virtual rounds to match job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, offer roll-outs, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, daily MIS, and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience for all applicants.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience (tech, non-tech, or education industry preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with good closing ability.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic Excel.
  • Laptop is mandatory.

Preferred

  • Experience hiring teachers, sales executives, academic roles, or ed-tech profiles.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or multi-location hiring.
