Job Title: Management trainee - Human Resource

Location: Worli, Mumbai (mumbai Based candidates are preffered)

Exprience & Education : Fresher & Full time MBA

Offered CTC : Upto 3 LPA (No bar for right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·
    Talent Sourcing:
    Execute full-cycle recruitment, primarily hiring specialized Logistics/supply chain/ Warehousing.
  • Specialized Outreach:
    Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to target candidates with specific HR certifications and backgrounds.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    Conduct thorough behavioral and technical screening, focusing on candidates' knowledge according to profile
  • Process Management:
    Oversee interview scheduling, applicant tracking system , and maintain detailed, compliant candidate records.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality) and prepare reports for the HOD of Human Resources.
