we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office
In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling IT-related queries, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, and ensuring seamless support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users via calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for unresolved technical issues.
- Guide users with step-by-step solutions and create FAQs/user manuals when needed.
- Ensure timely closure of support tickets within defined SLA.
- Escalate critical issues to higher-level IT support or system administrators.
- Maintain logs of support requests, solutions provided, and recurring issues.
- Train and support users on IT processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, MS Office, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with networking, email configurations, and remote desktop tools.
- Good understanding of ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems support.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
