Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of all day-to-day store operations, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Ensure all sales processes are executed smoothly, proactively identifying and resolving any operational issues to maintain optimal business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently through effective coordination, process adherence, and proactive problem-solving.
- Motivating team members and conducting regular performance reviews to drive engagement, recognize achievements, and support continuous improvement.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved while implementing innovative strategies to drive sales growth and enhance overall performance.
Monitoring and managing inventory/stock:
Conducting regular stock audit
Overseeing Stock Level and ordering
Managing and maintaining effective visual merchandising to enhance product presentation, attract customer attention, and drive sales performance.
- Implementing effective loss prevention strategies and managing security operations to minimize shrinkage, protect assets, and ensure a safe store environment.
- Maintaining accurate sales, performance, and target reports to monitor progress, evaluate team effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining and controlling budgets, expenses, and financial records to ensure accurate tracking, cost efficiency, and compliance with financial policies.
