Store Experience Manager

At HM Group, we're looking for talented professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences. As a Store Experience Manager, you'll play a crucial role in creating a consistent and inspiring customer experience through visual standards and commercial excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual merchandising and commercial experience, with a solution-oriented mindset and knowledge of sales reports and the selling equation. They'll be passionate about fashion, motivated to drive sales, creative, curious, and proactive, with excellent communication skills to lead and inspire store teams.

  • Execute visual and commercial plans to enhance customer experience and drive sales in stores.
  • Analyze sales performance, maintain stock levels, and identify opportunities to improve visual and commercial aspects in collaboration with store management.
  • Use trend insights to coach and develop store teams, equipping them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Represent the brand positively during customer interactions.
Requirements
