Role Overview

We are seeking exceptional Full Stack Developers from elite academic backgrounds — IITs combined with Stanford, Harvard, or MIT — to join our fast-growing remote team.

This is a remote position starting immediately, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with meaningful equity based on contributions. You will directly work on core product features, AI-driven solutions, and scalable tools that transform the student journey worldwide.

MVP Ownership

You will help build our MVP from scratch — taking responsibility for end-to-end development including:

Architecture & system design

Database modeling & API design

Frontend experience & design system

Deployment, observability, and security essentials

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable, reusable features across frontend and backend

Own MVP architecture: choose stacks, define patterns, and set engineering standards

Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party services

Design and optimize relational & non-relational databases

Write unit/integration tests; set up CI and basic QA gates

Suggest improvements, build internal tools, and scale platform architecture

Collaborate on UX flows and a lightweight design system for v1

Explore and implement AI-driven solutions that personalize and enhance student experiences

Deploy to production with modern tooling (Vercel/Docker/Supabase, etc.) and ensure observability (logs/metrics)

Who Can Apply?

Students/Alumni from IITs + Stanford / Harvard / MIT

2023–2026 batches (for internship) OR recent graduates for full-time

Pursuing students are also encouraged to apply

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and one backend framework

Strong foundation in system design, APIs, and databases

Proven web development projects (GitHub/Portfolio required)

Passionate about AI in Education and shaping global student careers
