As a Business Development intern at Colliers within the Residential transaction team, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading global real estate services firm and gain valuable experience in sales. You will assist in market research, client outreach, market connect and building relationships with potential partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and opportunities.
- Help prepare presentations and database for client engagement.
- Support client relationship management. Coordinate meetings and sales activities.
- Work in micro markets to source property and connect with landlords.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in business administration preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in real estate industry.
