Currently, our focus is on various global strategic conference tours across Life Sciences, Energy, Infrastructure, IT, Utility, Mining, covering topics such as vigilance and safety, manufacturing and capital expenditure, and project, program, and portfolio management.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delegates Sales Executive role located in Bengaluru. The role involves actively driving delegate sales for strategic conferences by contacting potential clients, presenting event benefits, and closing registrations. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets while working collaboratively within the team. The position requires consistent engagement during US shift hours to cater to global clients.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work with CRM and sales management tools for tracking sales pipelines and reporting
- Understanding of the Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices industry is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt to US shift timings and work effectively across time zones
