Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and labeling of goods.
  • Arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, transport documents, e-way bills, etc.).
  • Maintain daily dispatch and logistics reports for management.
  • Monitor inventory levels for dispatch requirements and inform procurement if replenishment is needed.
