What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a
Marketing Executive

who is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience managing multi-platform digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, basic analytics, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to support user acquisition and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Email Marketing
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Analytics
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and clear takeaways
  • Lead and mentor team by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring delivery
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives, emailers, landing pages, and more
  • Use platforms like Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI-based tools to streamline workflows and enhance content output
  • Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and engage with our growing community
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices to constantly improve performance

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing specialization preferred)
  • 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and platform-specific insights tools
  • Basic knowledge of analytics dashboards across all major social channels
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content performance tracking
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Prior experience in ed-tech, SaaS, or e-commerce domains is a plus
