4–6 years in Social Media / Digital Strategy
What You'll Do:
- Understand client aspirations and translate them into actionable short-term and long-term social media strategies.
- Create, pitch, and present monthly strategies & campaign ideas to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Lead client communications, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships built on trust.
- Supervise efficacy reports, analyse performance metrics, and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-driven tools, and competitor moves.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong client servicing & communication skills (must-have).
- Proven track record of building successful strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for strategy, insights, or automation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid media campaigns.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.
