Manager: Front Office dept

Job Summary:
Oversee and manage all front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out, excellent service standards, and efficient coordination with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office staff (reception, concierge, bell desk, reservations).
- Ensure prompt, professional, and guest-focused service at all times.
- Handle guest complaints, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
- Train, schedule, and motivate the front office team.
- Monitor room reservations, occupancy, and revenue reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
- Maintain front office budget, expenses, and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 4–6 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PMS (Opera/Fidelio or similar systems).
- Guest-oriented, well-groomed, and professional.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
