About the Role

We are looking for a Broadcast Technician who understands
live broadcasting
,
virtual production
, and
basic design
. You will help set up, run, and manage technical systems for live shows, online events, and virtual studio productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all technical setups for live broadcasts (audio, video, lights, streaming tools).
• Manage switchers, capture cards, cameras, microphones, and streaming software like OBS, vMix, or similar.
• Support
  virtual production
  (LED walls / green screen / Unreal Engine setups).
• Coordinate with production, design, and script teams during shoots and live shows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live events.
• Work on simple design tasks for overlays, lower-thirds, screens, and graphics.
• Maintain equipment and ensure everything is ready before every show.
• Manage recording, file backups, and media transfers.

Skills Required

• Good understanding of
  broadcast equipment
  and
  live streaming tools
  .
• Knowledge of
  virtual studio systems
  , Unreal Engine basics, or similar tools
• Knowledge for Switchers and streaming software
• Basic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Canva).
• Ability to work calmly under pressure during live shows.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Problem-solving attitude.

Good to Have

• Experience in live events, studio production, or virtual sets.
• Knowledge of audio mixing and lighting systems.
• Understanding of motion graphics tools like After Effects.
