I'm building YellowAntNest, a digital-first platform that bridges architecture, design, and home-building solutions. Our mission is to make high-quality, ready-to-use architectural designs and consultations accessible globally.

Our platform offers ready-to-use house plans, customized design solutions, and expert support throughout the construction journey. By combining digital tools with practical experience, we aim to simplify the home-building process for individuals in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, ensuring better-designed homes and smoother project execution.

Where we are now:

  • Onboarded architects and projects already available for sale.
  • Conducted workshops and initiated community engagement.
  • Early traction in digital presence and consultations.
  • Vision to scale first in India, then to Asian and global markets.

What I'm looking for in a Community Engagement Executive

We're looking for a proactive and confident individual who can build partnerships with architects, construction material shops, and local influencers.

The ideal candidate will help us grow our architect network, highlight stories, and establish strong local collaborations — both through
online meetings and on-ground outreach
.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Kannada/Hindi preferred).
  • Interest in marketing, partnerships, and architectural networking.
  • Self-driven with the ability to handle both field and digital coordination.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in sales, architecture, or marketing preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard the architects onto the YellowAntNest platform.
  • Collaborate with local influencers per year to promote architect visibility.
  • Identify and share architect stories for our social media and blog features.
  • Coordinate home builder stories and assist content creators with inputs.
  • Approach construction material shops and tradesmen for collaborations and listings.
  • Represent YellowAntNest professionally during meetings, events, and site visits.
  • Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversion progress.

What we Offer:

  • Fixed pay: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience)
  • Petrol allowance for travel
